Installation Steps

1. Place the metal hook over the shaft.
2. Place the plastic washer over the shaft.
3. Insert the shaft through the clock face.
4. Place the dial plate brass washer over the shaft.
5. Attach the dial fixing brass hex nut.
6. Gently press the hour hand onto the shaft at the 12:00 position.
7. Place the minute hand over the shaft at the 12:00 position.
8. Gently screw the minute nut in place.

How to Choose the Right Replacement

• Thread length: 5 mm (13/64 inch)
• Total shaft length is 18 mm (45/64 inch)

Measure the thread shaft of your old clock mechanism. If the length is shorter or equal to 5 mm, then this clock movement mechanism is suitable for your clock. We have 4 different shaft length movements available.
