Choose the Right Clock Mechanism: The total shaft length is 13mm (33/64 inch) with a thread length of 6.4mm (1/4 inch), suitable for clock panels with a thickness of 1-3 mm (3/64 - 7/64 inch). The white shaft dimensions are as follows: screw shaft (8mm/ 0.31 inch), hour shaft (5.5mm/ 0.22 inch), minute shaft (3.6mm/ 0.14 inch), second shaft (0.9mm/ 0.035 inch). This movement is compatible with clock hands ranging from 10-280 mm (0.39-11 inches).

Installation Steps: 1. Place the metal hook over the shaft. 2. Place the plastic washer over the shaft. 3. Insert the shaft through the clock face. 4. Place the dial plate brass washer over the shaft. 5. Attach the dial-fixing brass hex nut. 6. Gently press the hour hand onto the shaft at the 12:00 position. 7. Place the minute hand over the shaft at the 12:00 position. 8. Gently screw the minute nut in place.
